Additionally, a long-term study out of the US came to the conclusion that orgasms improve the immune system. Having sex 2 to 3 times a week helps increase the concentration of certain antibodies in saliva.

This is according to the psychologist Dr. David Weeks. He states that regular sex and, above all, orgasms are supposed to make men and women look up to 7 years younger. The reason?
